Our low flow heavy duty industrial standard Mist Pumps have been custom designed to perform under heavy and demanding conditions while operating quietly and smoothly. Each Mist Pump is design to be compact and portable for your easy handling and storage.

Where health and cleanliness is a concern, our Misty CoolT - Mist Pumps is equipped with NanoSilver Activated Carbon Filter to remove chlorine, odor and bacteria from the water.

Our low flow heavy duty Mist Pump can be operated continuously for up to 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

All Mist Pump models featuring Auto Stop when water supply runs out, timer, anti-drip and complete automation control for the best performance mist cooling system around.

Mist Pump selection is determined by the quantity and size of nozzles used. For example, if the flow of a nozzles is 0.089 LPM and there are one hundred nozzles used, then the total volume of water required per minute is 8.9 LPM (0.089 x 100). Please use a Mist Pump with a minimum output volume of 8.9 LPM. Generally, a Mist Pump with pressure more than 1,000 PSI will achieve the best results.

System Installation
The selection of Mist Pump and Nozzles are determined by the size of installation site, the requirements of cooling, misting, and humidification effects and humidity in the air.

Standard spacing between nozzles ranges from 0.5 to 1 meter. Standard spacing between pipelines is determined by nozzle output and the desired humidity to be created.
